I’m blessed to have great neighbors (the apartment above me a young man lives there and he is one of the best neighbors I have ever had I hardly know he’s even home).
The maintenance and office staff are amazing. I have had a few minor maintenance issues and they are usually resolved within 24 hours. We have everything close by, convenience store, Family Dollar, Food Lion, Rite Aid all within a short distance.
Loved staying here with my mom Kensie Butler ! The other residents loved stopping by just to talk to her! She really grew a bond with everybody, they/we LOVE her!! And the team is very nice as well. It’s always a warm welcome when I enter the office !! Definitely would recommend EVERYONE here!
The leasing office staff were always kind, courteous, and helpful; and the maintenance staff were always friendly and quick to answer my service request the two times I needed them.
Listen I came to this property to meet the voice behind the call. And let me tell you something I FELL IN LOVE! Miss Kenzie was funny and very knowledgeable about the property and area. These apartments are banging. I am excited to get me one. But 4 real please go see them they all was nice but Kenzie had me rolling. I love her already and haven't moved yet. Don't sleep and miss out. PERIOD
